With the exception of the graphics appearing on this site, all construction of this site was done with free software.  The HTML and CSS code was edited with Kompozer.  Efforts have been taken to make this site compatable with Internet Explorer and Firefox.  For you Mac users this site should work OK with Safari, but I cannot guarranty it.  When in doubt use Firefox which is freely available to run on all platforms.  Minimum screen resolution is 800X600, and 24bit or better color depth to enjoy the graphics at its best.
